As a thirty-four year Lake Tahoe
resident, Mike Phillips knows Tahoe. Although he has traveled
extensively throughout the United States, Mike has chosen to
make the Tahoe Basin his home, viewing it as one of the most
desirable places in the country to live. Because he is personally
and professionally invested in this area, Mike is able to provide
his clients with unparalleled insights into the local real
estate market.
First a passion, then a career

Mike's interest in real estate began over a decade ago as a
successful personal investor in both residential and commercial
real estate. He then turned this personal passion into a full-time
professional career, becoming a licensed Realtor at Realty World, Lake Tahoe. In the relatively short time since he
became a Realtor, he has already qualified for the Century
21 Centurion Producer Award, and is well on his way to securing
a coveted Quality Service Award. In 2004 Mike was elected to
the local Board of Realtors, Chairman of Local Government Relations
Subcommittee, and has received the 2004 Community Service Award.

causes as a member of the Optimist Club. He has served on the Clean Tahoe Program's
Board of Directors for six years; many of them as President, helping this local
nonprofit educate the public on ways to keep the Tahoe environment clean and
beautiful.
